About the Role
Platinum Conveyancing Services is seeking an experienced Conveyancing & Administration Assistant to join our busy and growing practice.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a conveyancing office who can confidently manage conveyancing transactions from Contract to Settlement with minimal supervision.
You will be working alongside the Licensed Conveyancer in a fast-paced, high-volume practice, assisting with residential sale and purchase transactions and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing conveyancing files from opening through to settlement.
- Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, banks, brokers, real estate agents and government authorities.
- Preparing and managing PEXA Workspaces.
- Completing electronic settlements and property transactions through PEXA.
- Ordering certificates and conducting title and property searches.
- Diary management and monitoring critical dates.
- General office administration and file management.
- Providing administrative support to the Licensed Conveyancer.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working in a conveyancing practice is essential.
- Thorough understanding of the NSW conveyancing process from start to finish.
- Strong working knowledge and experience using PEXA.
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude.

- Currently studying a Conveyancing Course or Law degree DESIRABLE
- Previous experience in a legal practice environment is ESSENTIAL
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
