Civil Site Supervisor
With 25+ years of excellence, Rokon is Victoria’s trusted civil contractor delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. We’re expanding our team and looking for a dedicated, driven Site Supervisor for the safe and successful delivery of exciting projects across Melbourne.
Your Role: As Site Supervisor, reporting to the Area Manager, you will:
- Plan and allocate plant, materials, and personnel to meet project milestones
- Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure work meets our exacting quality standards
- Lead the charge on safety compliance, ensuring all site teams follow Rokon’s protocols
- Review and monitor budgets and KPIs, escalating issues promptly
- Conduct site audits, client meetings, safety inspections, and project sign-offs
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation
Who You Are:
- 2+ years’ supervisory experience in civil construction - roads, subdivisions or industrial sites preferred
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- A passion for doing things right the first time with high standards and strong negotiation skills
- A strong focus on health, safety, productivity, and quality
- Current OH&S White Card
- Valid driver license
- Full Australian work rights
