Occupational Therapist (OT) role with Rally — NDIS, all ages, work by telehealth or in person across Melbourne and regional Victoria, your choice.
About Rally
Rally is an NDIS service built around two disciplines done well: Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology. We wrap a connected team around each participant and keep everyone on the same page through our own platform for video, notes and admin. How you deliver is up to you — by telehealth, in person, or a mix. We've launched and are growing to support participants across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
The service is live and the participant base is growing. Come in early and help shape how we deliver.
The role
You'll hold a caseload spanning all ages and partner with participants and families on practical, goal-driven occupational therapy, delivered by telehealth or in person.
What you'll do
- Complete assessments and set goals with participants and families, by telehealth or in person
- Write functional capacity assessments and progress reports
- Support the full scope of OT — daily living, assistive technology, home modifications, and SIL/SDA where relevant
- Coordinate with our Speech team on shared records so care stays joined up
What makes this different
- Your choice of setting. Telehealth, in person, or both — whatever works for you and your participants.
- Less paperwork. Admin, scheduling and video all run on our own platform.
- Genuinely joined-up. Our OT and Speech team share records and handovers, not silos.
- Your schedule, with commitment. You set your hours; we ask for consistency so participants keep continuity of care.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia — new graduates welcome
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain) and the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working With Children Check, a national police check, professional indemnity insurance and an ABN
- Confident working with participants over telehealth and in person
What we offer
Genuine flexibility over your hours, low admin on our own platform, a connected OT and Speech team, and the freedom to work by telehealth, in person, or a mix.
Apply through Indeed with your CV and a short note on why flexible, team-based NDIS care appeals to you. We'd love to hear from clinicians in or near Melbourne.
Rally Health is delivered by Hope Disability Support Pty Ltd, a registered NDIS provider.
