Salary: $69,438.72 - $76,764.48 per annum

The Team & Role
The Service Coordinator / Administration Officer is a key member of the team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for older Australians. Working closely with clients, families, care teams, allied health professionals, service providers and finance staff, this role helps ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with individual care needs.The role combines service coordination, customer support and administration, including scheduling services, coordinating purchases and home modifications, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial and compliance activities. Through strong communication, organisation and teamwork, the Service Coordinator / Administration Officer contributes to the smooth and professional operation of the program.

Skills & Experience Required
Understanding of Support at Home reforms, consumer-directed care principles, and care planning processes
Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams, including care managers, finance officers, and allied health professionals
Strong customer service background, with experience handling client enquiries and liaising with service providers
Certificate or diploma in relevant field (desirable)
