We're looking for enthusiastic Food Retail Assistants / Baristas to join our team.
Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences
Set up, replenish, and maintain attractive product displays
Confidently upsell products and promotions
Prepare cold beverages, including milkshakes and iced drinks
Operate the coffee machine and prepare great-quality coffees
Complete food safety checks, including temperature monitoring and record keeping
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
Strong customer service skills
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Confidence in upselling and engaging with customers
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous retail, hospitality, or food service experience is highly regarded but not essential
Barista experience is preferred but not required
