We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand to join our brush manufacturing team. This role involves assisting in the production, assembly, and finishing of various brush products, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This is a full time position (40 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery used in brush manufacturing
- Assemble brush components and perform basic production tasks
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Pack and prepare products for dispatch
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
- Assist with general factory duties as required
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment (preferred but not required)
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Automatic (or Manual) Drivers Licence
- Forklift Licence
Desirable:
- Welding experience
- Experience operating industrial machinery
Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
