Eco Elite is a Queensland-based residential solar company helping Australian homeowners across QLD, NSW and SA cut their power bills for good. We've built our reputation on doing this properly real consultations, honest numbers, no pressure-tactic nonsense. That only works if the people answering the phones are genuinely good at their craft.
The leads you'll be working with these aren't cold numbers from a dialler. Every lead has already shown active interest in saving money on their power bill. You're not starting from scratch on every dial; you're picking up a conversation someone already wants to have. You'll get warm inbound leads plus targeted outbound follow-up on people who've already shown real interest - not a dialler full of dead numbers.
The role
You'll be the first real conversation a prospective customer has with Eco Elite. Qualify genuine interest, handle objections, and book in-home appointments for our expert consultants working inside Pipedrive with structured scripts and objection frameworks you're expected to make your own.
Compensation, properly explained
- $50,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission per booked appointment that is successfully closed & installed (~$150 average per appointment)
- Worked example: book 8 held appointments a week → roughly $4,800/month on top of base
- OTE $90,000–$130,000 for setters hitting target activity levels
- Current top performer earns $120,000 happy to walk through exactly how at interview
- Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm option to work weekends available but not required, no rotating shifts
Where this goes: High performers will have the opportunity to progress into a Senior Appointment Setter or Sales Closer role, with a clear career pathway based on performance, results, and leadership potential.
