GO Markets is seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager, APAC Sales/Product (Indonesian Speaking) to support lead generation, client engagement and business growth across the APAC region.
About the Role
Reporting to the APAC Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving client relationships, lead generation and business growth across the APAC region. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, optimising lead conversion and collaborating with influencers and digital marketing partners within the Forex industry to enhance brand awareness and client engagement. Working closely with internal teams, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, educational content and client-focused campaigns while staying informed on global financial market developments. This dynamic role combines client service, business development, marketing and market analysis, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the continued growth of GO Markets across multiple markets.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships across the APAC region, delivering personalised support and solutions that enhance client satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
- Lead Growth & Business Development: Drive lead generation, conversion and business growth by effectively managing inbound and outbound leads, achieving performance targets and developing targeted campaigns across APAC markets.
- Influencer & Digital Marketing Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers, affiliates and digital marketing partners within the Forex and trading industry to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads and strengthen GO Markets’ digital presence.
- Marketing & Campaign Strategy: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, educational initiatives, newsletters and promotional activities aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Market Research, Content & Social Media: Monitor global economic, political and financial market developments and create timely market commentary, educational content, social media updates and daily/weekly market insights covering both fundamental and technical analysis.
- Client Education & Engagement: Support and deliver client-focused webinars, workshops, presentations and educational events, helping clients better understand market opportunities, trading strategies and risk management principles.
- Global Collaboration & Operational Excellence: Work closely with global teams to expand the client database, improve operational efficiency and promote a client-centric approach across all regions and business functions.
- Marketing Collaboration & Client Experience: Partner with marketing teams to measure campaign effectiveness, contribute ideas for client communications and educational content, and support initiatives that enhance client engagement, loyalty and overall experience.
- Culture, Compliance & Professional Development: Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture while maintaining ongoing professional development, CPD requirements and compliance with relevant regulatory, ISO and workplace safety standards.
Skills and Experience
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer service within the FX/CFD, financial services, or trading industry. You possess a strong understanding of financial markets, trading products and the needs of retail and professional traders.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly desirable.
- Technical Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5) will be highly regarded.
- Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field is preferred. RG146 accreditation in Securities, Derivatives and Foreign Exchange is highly regarded.
