Premier Food Brands, we are Family-owned production kitchen, seeking an experienced and motivated Baker to join our growing bakery team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a range of bar cakes,
slices, and other baked products while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and consistency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Prepare and bake bar cakes and related baked products
· Measure and combine ingredients according to recipes and production requirements
· Monitor baking processes, oven temperatures, and product appearance to ensure
consistent quality
· Operate bakery equipment including mixers and ovens
· Coordinate production activities including loading, baking, cooling, and unloading
batches of products
· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment, trays, tins, and work areas
· Follow workplace health and safety and food handling procedures at all times
Skills and Experience
· Relevant qualification such as Certificate III or higher
· Minimum 2 years of relevant baking experience preferred
· Strong knowledge of cake production techniques and commercial baking
equipment
· Good attention to detail and time management skills
· Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
