Join the friendly Maternity and Gynaecology Outpatient Team at John Hunter Hospital and become an integral part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering quality care to women and their families.
We are seeking enthusiastic and organised Administration Officers to provide high-quality administrative and customer service support within the Outpatient service. Reporting to the Team Leader, Maternity and Gynaecology Outpatients, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the service and contribute to a positive experience for patients, families and staff.
About the role:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing professional administrative and customer service support, assisting with the coordination of outpatient services and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support the delivery of quality patient care.
You will be someone who takes pride in being organised, communicates effectively and enjoys working as part of a team in a busy healthcare environment.

Previous experience or qualifications in medical or business administration would be highly regarded, including a Certificate III in Business or Medical Administration. However, qualifications are not essential, as comprehensive training and orientation will be provided.
