We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse administrator and Coordinator to join our warehouse team at Erskine Park. This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who's detail-oriented, reliable and wants to gain experience in the FMCG sector.
Why this role matters to us:
Stock management is one of the most important aspects of an FMCG business. It can make or break us. The supply chain team are responsible for keeping our inventory accurate, supporting receiving operations, and assisting with day-to-day warehouse tasks. You'll work closely with experienced members of our supply chain and QA teams to look after the product that everyone sees at the supermarket.

What you'll be doing:
Inventory Control
- Performing weekly and ad hoc cycle counts
- Ensuring pallet count numbers match work orders
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies and inventory variances
- Maintaining accurate pallet and bin location records
- Assisting with annual stocktakes and inventory audits
- Identifying damaged or short-dated stock
- Supporting FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) stock rotation
- Maintaining item master data across multiple business entities
Receiving inbound
- Receiving inbound stock, containers, and LCL shipments
- Verifying deliveries against purchase orders and packing documentation
- Checking pallet quantities and product accuracy on arrival
- Printing and applying pallet and inventory labels
- Coordinating quarantine or hold stock where required
General Warehouse
- Monitoring and reporting on wastage
- Assisting with pick and pack operations
What we're looking for:
- A person, not and AI
- Physically capable of warehouse work including manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
- Good communication skills
- A can-do attitude
- Someone who can use a computer - Basic Excel or spreadsheet skills for data entry and reporting
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
