As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of multiple civil infrastructure projects.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Lead and support project teams by managing resources, suppliers, and materials to achieve safety, quality, time, and budget outcomes.
- Foster a high-performing project management culture, delivering comprehensive plans across scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage complex, high-value programs across road construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, preconstruction, and related business and electrical projects.
- Ensure strong governance and compliance with legislation, standards, policies and procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
- Build effective partnerships with internal specialists and external contractors, leading procurement to secure required expertise.
Mandatory qualifications and conditions:
- Criminal history screening will be conducted on the recommended person for the role.
- Applicants must possess a current, valid Queensland "C" class driver's licence or equivalent.

Desirable qualifications and conditions:
- A Diploma in Project Management.
- Previous studies or experience in an engineering field.
- Demonstrated supervisory or management experience in the civil industry.
