Quality Coffee is looking for an experienced Chef to join our friendly team in Nundah.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years chef experience essential
- Proven ability to lead and manage a small kitchen team
- Strong menu development skills, comfortable creating and trialling new dishes
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and reliable with a positive attitude
- Weekend availability required
- Strong food prep, plating and kitchen management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What you'll do:
- Lead and run the kitchen for breakfast/brunch service
- Plan, develop and trial new dishes and seasonal menu updates
- Manage food costing, ordering and stock control
- Train, roster and mentor kitchen staff
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
