About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents in our Tully facility. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in line with best practice standards
- Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document resident health and progress
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance.
Your Skills & Experience
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse (aged care preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver person-centred care
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Our Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 80,000 – $95,000 per year + superannuation (commensurate with experience)
