Ord River Electrics is seeking an experienced and organised Administration Officer to control the day-to-day operations

About the Role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office, including scheduling, customer service, accounts, and compliance. Working closely with the business owners, managers and electricians, you will ensure smooth operations with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities;
- Answering correspondence, phone calls, emails, mail, customer & website enquiries
- Prepare jobs in the online software system, liaise with staff and clients to schedule
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, complete BAS requirements and payroll
- Employee HR – maintain and update staff records, staff enquiries. Arranging employee needs such as flights, accommodation, apprentice requirements
- Maintain compliance documentation (licences, insurances, WHS, SWMS)
- Assisting management with project jobs
