Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer and Assessor who is well-versed in the CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and CPP51122 – Diploma of Property (Agency Management) qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training and assessment services for CPP41419 & CPP51122 and other similar qualifications/skillsets.
- Develop and update training materials to align with current industry standards.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners.
- Maintain accurate student records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Engage with industry partners to ensure course content remains current.
- Provide academic support to students through various platforms, including one-on-one consultations and group discussions.
Qualifications:
- TAE40116 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in real estate.
- Previous experience in delivering CPP41419 & CPP51122 or similar qualifications.
- Strong understanding of ASQA compliance and AQF (Australian Qualifications Framework).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
