Due to continued business growth, Morley City are looking for a high-performing Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our Geely & Kia departments. You’ll enjoy the thrill of selling both new and used vehicles while reaping uncapped financial rewards in a dealership that values excellence and customer satisfaction.

The Role:

Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Understand and meet customer needs through effective product knowledge

Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features

Negotiate pricing and close sales

Provide outstanding customer service
What we’re looking for:

Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly

Highly personable, articulate, and driven to exceed customer expectations
- Self-motivated and financially ambitious, with a track record of closing deals

Well-presented, professional, and eager to succeed

Computer literate with excellent attention to detail

Availability to work late nights on Wednesdays and half-days on Saturdays

A valid WA driver’s licence is required
-
A current salespersons licence or willingness to obtain one
- Proven success in a dealership environment is highly regarded!
Sales experience is an advantage – but not essential. If you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll teach you the rest.
