Overview (Text Only): Are you a finance professional with a strong commercial mindset and enjoy translating numbers into meaningful insights that drive business decisions? Foot Locker APAC is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension or permanency. In this role, you will support financial planning, reporting, and deliver actionable business insights. Responsibilities:
- Support short-, mid-, and long-term financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting

Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting across the APAC region

Analyse business performance, identifying risks and opportunities to improve outcomes

Partner with teams across operations, marketing, and real estate to manage spend and drive performance

Provide scenario modelling and financial insights to support decision-making

Contribute to month-end processes, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards

Build and maintain reporting dashboards to enhance business visibility

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Qualifications:
2–4 years’ experience in Finance
FP&A or a commercial analyst role within a sizable organisation preferred but not essential
Retail or FMCG experience is highly regarded
CPA/CA qualified (or working towards) is an advantage
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
