Studio Clad is looking for a qualified carpenter to join our growing team.

About Studio Clad:
Studio Clad is a small Metal Cladding business based in Airport West, specialising in modern architectural cladding.
We work across Melbourne and Victoria on high-end residential homes, commercial projects and mixed-use developments, delivering quality workmanship with a strong focus on detail.
About the role:
You'll work alongside a skilled team across a variety of projects, including:
- External cladding installation
- Installation of substrate
- Vapour barriers, flashings and external building preparation
- Removal of existing materials
- Site setup, clean-up and material handling
- Safe use and maintenance of hand and power tools
This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to work on projects and materials that require precision, attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
What we're looking for:
Cladding experience is an advantage but isn't essential.
We're looking for someone with a solid background in residential carpentry who is reliable, takes pride in their work and enjoys working as part of a team.
You'll also have:
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- High attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
- Good communication skills
- Initiative and problem-solving ability
- A commitment to quality workmanship and site safety
Requirements:
- Qualified carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry) or Qualified Roof Plumber (Certificate III in Roof Plumbing)
- Current driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle or work ute
- White Card
- Full Australian working rights
- Experience in residential carpentry/metal cladding
