About the Role
We are looking for reliable, empathetic Disability Support Workers who are passionate about delivering a person‑centred approach and supporting participants to work toward their goals and greater independence. This casual position offers consistent, well‑structured shift times and the opportunity to be part of a supportive, positive team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting participants in SIL in‑home environments and community participation
- Providing care that aligns with each participant’s individual goals, strengths, and independence
- Medication administration in line with organisational policy and participant plans
- Encouraging skill‑building, daily living tasks, and meaningful engagement
- Maintaining accurate documentation and clear communication with the team
Shift Times
- Day shift: 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Afternoon/overnight: 4:00pm – 8:00am
- Passive overnight: 10:00pm – 6:00am
