We're currently hiring a full-time Counter Server (Salad Bar) to join our team at our Osborne Park location.
The hours for this role will be:
Position Description
Responsible for delivering fast, friendly service at the salad bar while preparing fresh sandwiches, rolls, and wraps, processing payments through Square POS, maintaining clean and appealing displays, and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure accurate, timely fulfilment of pickup and catering orders.
Key Responsibilities
Serve customers and take orders
Use Square POS for all transactions
Answer product questions and suggest additional items
Deal with customer complaints and escalate where needed
Make fresh sandwiches, rolls and wraps to order and for display
Tell kitchen when items are running low
Pack catering orders
Keep counter and seating areas clean
Do daily cash counts
Prepare platters for catering orders
Fulfill pickup orders
Work with kitchen on timing for large orders
Look after regular customers
Prepare coffee (if trained)
Why you'll love this role
What we're looking for:
Experience in customer service (preferably 1 year+)
Experience making fresh sandwiches, rolls and wraps highly regarded
Experience making coffee (not mandatory)
