If you also have kitchen experience, this is a huge advantage, as we are looking for team members who can work as all-rounders, assisting across both the coffee bar and kitchen when required.
This is a casual position offering competitive hourly rates under the Restaurant Industry Award, plus superannuation. Weekend availability is essential.

About the Role
As an Experienced Barista, you will be responsible for preparing consistently high-quality coffee while delivering excellent customer service. You will also support the team with front-of-house duties and, if you have kitchen experience, assist with food preparation during busy periods.
This is a hands-on role in a busy café where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.
Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
Take customer orders and process payments.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
Dial in grinders and maintain coffee quality to Stellarossa standards.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Support fellow team members during busy service periods.
Restock café supplies and maintain stock levels.
Assist in the kitchen with food preparation if experienced.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of barista experience.
Confidence in preparing consistently excellent coffee.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, positive, and motivated attitude.
Weekend availability is essential.
Kitchen or café cooking experience is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
Ability to work across multiple areas of the café as an all-rounder.
