Fitness Sales Manager
Can you close a sale, and can you teach others to do the same?
We are not hiring an order taker. We are hiring a LEADER who sells from the front.
This is a player-coach role. You will:
- Sell memberships and personal training yourself.
- Lift the whole floor team's close rate.
- Set the weekly sales targets and drive the studio to hit them.
You measure. You coach. You close. Then you do it again next week.
WHAT YOU MUST BRING:
- Cert IV in Fitness or higher. No exceptions.
- Proven experience selling gym or studio memberships.
- A track record of hitting sales numbers, not just chasing them.
- Personal training sales experience is a strong bonus.
- The drive to build people, not just deals.

THE PROCESS:
We hire slow so we can reward fast. Three stages:
- Fitness test and career path presentation (1hr minimum combined, done at St Leonards Studio. Slots are on Friday 3:30-7pm, Saturday 3:30-7pm or Sunday 9am-1pm)
- A live test project. You run a real sales scenario and present the weekly KPIs you would set (1hr minimum)
- Final interview with the full leadership board (1hr minimum)
If a fitness test scares you, this role is not for you. The floor is harder.
