Must have:- Food Handling certificate- Food and nutrition certificate- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a kitchen.
- Confidence in managing a kitchen and paperwork associated with food/nutritional management.
- Confidence working with a budget, stocktake and creating nutritional menus and food for little people.
- Cleaning and hygienic practices as well as time management skills to manage a kitchen, laundry and odds and ends around the centre.
- Experience with sustainable practices
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis.
