Royal Education Pty Ltd trading as Royal Migration Centre is seeking a full-time Advertising Specialist to join our growing education, migration support, and travel services business. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and monitoring advertising campaigns across digital, print, social media, and community-based channels.
This role will support the promotion of Royal Migration Centre’s education services, student recruitment activities, migration support services, events, and travel-related services across Australian and international markets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and coordinate advertising campaigns to promote the company’s education, migration support, and travel-related services.
Prepare advertising strategies, campaign objectives, target audience profiles, media schedules, advertising messages, budgets, and promotional timelines.
Coordinate advertising campaigns for student recruitment, education seminars, webinars, information sessions, and Study Tasmania promotional activities.
Develop and manage advertising campaigns targeting both onshore and offshore markets, including Sri Lanka and South Asian student markets.
Prepare advertising copy, social media content, video scripts, promotional messages, and creative briefs for digital and print advertising materials.
Liaise with graphic designers, video editors, printers, media suppliers, digital advertising platforms, and internal teams to produce and publish advertising material.
Coordinate media placement and advertising schedules across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, community networks, print media, and other relevant channels.
Conduct market and audience research to identify effective advertising opportunities, competitor activity, customer behaviour, and campaign positioning.
Monitor advertising campaign performance by reviewing enquiry numbers, engagement rates, lead generation outcomes, conversion data, and return on advertising spend.
Review and optimise live campaigns by adjusting audience targeting, wording, visuals, media placement, and budget allocation.
Ensure all advertising material is accurate, professional, brand-consistent, and compliant with relevant business, education provider, and ethical advertising requirements.
Maintain records of advertising activities, campaign materials, media spend, supplier communication, enquiry outcomes, and campaign performance reports.
Provide recommendations to management on advertising strategies, promotional opportunities, campaign improvements, and future advertising activities.
Required Skills and Experience
A relevant qualification in advertising, marketing, communications, business, media, or a related field.
Relevant experience in advertising, digital marketing, media coordination, campaign management, or promotional communications.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, social media promotion, campaign planning, and audience targeting.
Excellent written communication skills, including advertising copywriting, content planning, and creative briefing.
Ability to analyse campaign performance data and recommend improvements.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Experience in international education, student recruitment, migration services, travel, or multicultural markets will be highly regarded.
At least one-year prior work experience
