Community participation
We are currently seeking a experienced Support Worker to assistd NDIS participant around 18 years with Inhouse care and community participation- picking from school
Shift Details:
- Days: Casual depending on participants requirement
- Type: In-home and community participants
- Start: Immediate
Weekdays -$40 per hour + super
Weekend-saturday rates- $50 per hour + super
Prefered those living near EPPING , CARLINGFORD ,NORTH ROCKS AREA
Days working
Tuesday -2.30 -5.30 PM
Wednesday - 2.30 -5.30 PM
SATURDAY - some times
Essential Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Police Check
- Relevant qualifications in Disability Support or Community Services
- ABN (if working as a contractor)
- Previous experience supporting teenagers with intellectual disabilities
Soft Skills:
- Calm, reliable, and punctual
- Strong communication with family and team
- Ability to build trust and routine with a young participant
