About the role
The Administration Officer is responsible for the provision of customer focussed reception duties and effective and efficient administrative support for CAMHS.
Key duties of the role
Provide professional reception and telephone services while maintaining accurate, confidential client information and obtaining appropriate consent for data collection.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, records management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and processing of administrative tasks.
Ensure effective ordering, monitoring and reporting of resources including equipment and services.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by promoting collaboration, constructive communication, continuous learning, and high-quality customer service.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience providing administrative support and high-quality customer service
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with a diverse range of clients
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information, records and filing systems
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and a range of computer software applications
Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
