We have an exciting opportunity for a Ticketing & Membership Manager to join our Commercial & Customer team on a full-time basis at Caulfield Racecourse.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help shape the experience of our members and guests, from their first interaction with us through to race days, events and hospitality experiences. You'll be responsible for growing membership, increasing attendance and helping create experiences that keep our members and guests coming back.
Working closely with teams across the business, you'll find smarter ways to improve the way we connect with our customers while leading a passionate team focused on delivering great service every day.

In The Saddle

Lead the delivery of Membership and Ticketing operations, ensuring exceptional experiences across race days, events and hospitality offerings

Grow membership and attendance by driving acquisition, renewals, engagement and loyalty initiatives

Oversee ticketing operations from on-sale through to event delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes

Inspire and support the Membership, Ticketing and Customer Operations teams to deliver outstanding service at every customer touchpoint

Work closely with Marketing, CRM and Design teams to bring campaigns and customer initiatives to life

Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, improve performance and drive commercial outcomes

Continuously look for ways to improve systems, processes and experiences, making it easier for customers to engage with Melbourne Racing Club
Your Track Record
-
5+ years’ experience in membership, ticketing, events, or customer operations in a high-volume environment.

Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Events, or related discipline
-
Proven experience leading ticketing, membership or customer operations within events, racing, sport, entertainment, hospitality or similar customer-focused environments

Strong operational leadership skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver exceptional experiences in fast-paced, live event settings

Experience working with ticketing and/or membership systems, combined with strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and partners

Calm, structured, and decisive in live race day environments

Strong leadership and team development capability
