Role Overview
We’re looking for an Inventory Controller to join our Bundamba team. This is a key role in managing inventory levels, ensuring stock availability, and optimising inventory processes to meet production demands and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and inventory processing

Control and maintain raw material and inventory records

Ensure raw material ordering procedures are followed

Maintain neat, safe and accessible storage of raw materials

Accurately receive goods and update SAP/system records

Arrange and manage dispatch of raw material transfers

Check incoming goods against documentation and maintain records

Conduct cycle counts and reconcile stock variances

Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

Assist with planning cost‑effective material distribution

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation
Requirements

Completion of Year 10 School Certificate (or equivalent)

Basic numerical skills

Strong computer literacy

Valid driver’s licence

Valid Forklift licence

Ability to work independently

High attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills
