About the role
Enable Health Group is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing contractor network across Sydney, NSW.
This is a flexible contractor opportunity ideal for clinicians seeking community-based work with ongoing referrals and the ability to manage their own schedule. We are currently experiencing increasing demand across the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, South Sydney, and Northern Suburbs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments for aged care clients living in the community
- Develop client-centred treatment plans and recommendations
- Provide functional assessments, equipment recommendations, and home safety advice
- Complete clinical documentation and reports within reasonable timeframes
- Liaise with families, case managers, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals as required
- Deliver high-quality, professional, and compassionate care
What we are looking for
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Valid ABN and professional insurances (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently within the community
- Previous community, aged care, rehabilitation, or NDIS experience preferred

Pay: $110.00 – $140.00 per hour
