What We're Looking For
We're seeking a Lead Veterinarian who is passionate about animal welfare and ready to lead, mentor and inspire a friendly, supportive team. This role includes mentoring a new graduate veterinarian who is eager to learn and develop under your guidance.
You'll also bring:
A positive attitude and great sense of humour.
A commitment to full-time hours.
Exceptional communication and client relationship-building skills.
A BVSc (or equivalent) and registration to practise in Queensland.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver exceptional patient care alongside a skilled and supportive team.
Conduct consultations and perform routine surgeries.
Mentor and support a new graduate veterinarian.
Help lead clinic operations, guide team members and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Work collaboratively to improve processes and drive efficiency.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and the local community.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in veterinary medicine.
