The Opportunity:
As a Food & Beverage Guide at CC’s Bar & Grill, you will play an important part in creating polished, memorable dining experiences from the moment service begins.
We are recruiting across two distinct areas of the restaurant.
One role will be centred on the floor, delivering warm, confident service through thoughtful recommendations, genuine guest connection and close attention to every detail.
The second will take ownership of the restaurant pass, acting as the vital link between the kitchen and floor. You will coordinate dishes as they leave the kitchen, check presentation, table numbers and dietary requirements, and help ensure every plate reaches the right guest with accuracy and pace.
Working closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team, both roles will support the rhythm of service and uphold the high standards CC’s Bar & Grill is known for across presentation, timing and guest experience.
These opportunities will suit experienced hospitality professionals who communicate clearly, take pride in smooth service and enjoy contributing to a team that values precision, collaboration and genuine hospitality.
These are permanent part-time positions offering an expected 16–24 hours per week, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts.
The Talent:
You are an experienced hospitality professional who understands how strong service, clear communication and attention to detail come together to create a seamless dining experience. You bring confidence and professionalism to each shift, work well across both kitchen and floor teams, and remain calm and organised when service is at its busiest.
You will bring:
-
Previous experience in food and beverage service, food running or a quality restaurant environment
-
A polished, guest-focused approach and genuine passion for hospitality
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across the kitchen and restaurant floor
-
Excellent attention to detail across orders, presentation, table numbers and dietary requirements
-
The ability to maintain pace, accuracy and professionalism throughout busy service periods
-
A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
-
Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
For the floor-focused opportunity, we are looking for someone who is confident guiding guests through the menu, making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations and creating warm, memorable dining experiences.
For the pass-focused opportunity, we are looking for someone with previous experience coordinating dishes between the kitchen and floor, reading dockets and ensuring each plate is delivered accurately, efficiently and to presentation standard.
