Demonstrated capacity to strategically lead the TAS faculty, in alignment with the School Excellence Plan, delivering evidence-informed curriculum, teaching and learning and assessment, including best practice in HPGE, to drive student success.

Proven ability to lead and build the capacity of a diverse faculty, fostering high expectations, innovation and accountability to improve teacher practice, in alignment with TAS compliance requirements and policies.

Demonstrated ability to perform the role of VET Coordinator, as well as contribute to a cohesive executive team to drive continuous school improvement.

Highly developed communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in building partnerships within the school and the wider community.
