Mary's Hot Pizza is slinging authentic, high-quality New York City and Detroit-style pizza. We are committed to using the best ingredients and traditional techniques to create an exceptional dining experience and are seeking a passionate and experienced Pizzaiolo to join our opening team.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Pizza Chef to work closely with the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in different pizza styles will be crucial to our success. If you are creative, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited by the challenge of launching a new brand, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Pizza Production: Preparation of dough, hand stretching and cooking of multiple pizza style. Quality control of our signature NYC and Detroit style pizzas
- Quality & Consistency: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes.
- Prep & Production: daily mise en place and general food preparation for all menu items.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of pizza making experience required.
