Supplying major retailers and brands across Australia, our Stapylton site is a key part of our network, operating high-speed filling, packaging and PET production lines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
We are looking for reliable and safety-focused Line Operators to join our Stapylton production team and help deliver high-quality beverages to customers across Australia.
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards and supporting efficient line performance.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working a structured 12-hour rotating roster.

- 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm / 6:00pm - 6:00am)
- 84 hours per fortnight
- Rotating roster:
- 2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on
- 2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off
- Rotate fortnightly between day and night shifts
- Two full weekends off per month
- Operate, monitor and adjust beverage filling and packaging machinery
- Maintain production flow by ensuring materials and packaging supplies are available
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate where required
- Support line changeovers and minor preventative maintenance activities
- Ensure product quality through adherence to GMP and hygiene processes
- Always follow all workplace health and safety requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food production, packaging or beverage environment (preferred)
- Experience operating production, packaging or manufacturing equipment (preferred)
- Mechanically minded with the ability to troubleshoot production issues
- Strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP or food safety processes (desirable)
- A forklift licence is not required, but will be considered advantageous
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical assessment
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport required
