About you
This role requires a professional with strong experience in designing and delivering executive and senior leadership development programs within large, complex organisations, ideally within government or similarly structured environments. You bring a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships, confidently navigating ambiguity and competing priorities while maintaining a strategic focus. This role operates with a high level of autonomy and accountability, providing clear, credible advice to senior leaders and contributing to organisational outcomes.
You excel at aligning enterprise data with strategic priorities to design impactful leadership and capability solutions. You bring a deep understanding of leadership, culture change, and organisational performance, translating strategy into practical, outcome-focused initiatives. Your approach is evidence-based and focused on continuous improvement, using data and insights to drive decisions and measure success beyond participation or satisfaction.
Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence and executive presence will see you succeed in this role, together with a collaborative mindset that enables effective cross-team engagement and influence without authority. Above all, a commitment to integrity, inclusion and delivering meaningful outcomes through leadership development is key.
