ROLE PURPOSE
The Field Boutique Leader is a hands-on, state-based leadership role responsible for supporting multiple boutiques through in-store presence, leadership coverage, and performance uplift.
Acting as a floating Store Manager, this role steps into boutiques during key periods including vacancies, leave coverage, new store openings, or performance challenges. The Field Boutique Leader takes full ownership of store operations when required, while also coaching and developing teams to drive sales, customer experience, and operational excellence.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining consistency across boutiques and strengthening team capability across the state.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Step into boutiques as acting Store Manager when required, taking full ownership of store operations

Provide leadership coverage during leave, vacancies, new store openings, and peak trading periods

Drive sales performance and customer experience across all supported boutiques

Lead, coach, and develop boutique teams to uplift capability and engagement
-
Analyse store performance and implement practical, in-store strategies to improve results
-
Ensure strong execution of visual merchandising, stock management, and operational standards

Manage rosters and wages with a commercial and performance-driven mindset

Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development across boutiques
-
Build strong relationships with Area Boutique Leaders and State Leaders to ensure alignment

Maintain consistency in SHEIKE standards, policies, and ways of working across all locations

KEY CAPABILITIES & SKILLS

Proven experience as a Store Manager within a retail or fashion environment

Multi-site or cluster experience preferred, or readiness to step into a multi-site role

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive performance through KPIs

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to step into new teams and environments quickly

Strong coaching and team development capability

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Highly adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused

Strong understanding of retail operations, including stock management and loss prevention
