We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented eCommerce & Digital Support to join our growing UGG boots retail business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves online retail, and is eager to grow their career in eCommerce and digital marketing.
You’ll play an important role in supporting our online business across websites and marketplaces, helping deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers while supporting online growth and promotional campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Managing and updating product listings across eCommerce websites and marketplaces
- Uploading product information, pricing, images, and promotional content accurately
- Ensuring online product content reflects brand standards and delivers a great customer experience
- Responding to customer enquiries via email in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating with online platforms regarding promotional campaigns and digital activities
- Assisting with online merchandising, category updates, and website content maintenance
- Monitoring website and marketplace performance and preparing basic reports and insights
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to support online sales growth
What You Bring
- Fluent English communication skills — both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive, and willing to learn
- Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
- Basic understanding of eCommerce, online marketplaces, or digital marketing
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Workspace, or similar systems
- Experience with Shopify, Magento, marketplaces, or CMS platforms is highly regarded
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
