Position Summary:
- Manage company records and documentation with efficiency.
- Create comprehensive reports that drive insights.
- Collaborate with partner organizations and agencies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and activities.
- Contribute to management discussions for continuous improvement.
- Perform additional administrative tasks with comprehensive training provided.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous administrative experience is essential, with a preference for candidates with at least 3 years in office administration.
- Must possess a valid Australian driver’s license and have access to a vehicle, with willingness to travel between our Western and Northern suburbs branches.
