Casual Kitchen Hand Wanted – Cook and Archies, Surry Hills
Cook and Archies is looking for a casual kitchen hand to join our team.
You'll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly, supporting the chefs and helping maintain the high standards our customers expect.
What you'll be doing:
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, and organised throughout service
- Assisting with basic food prep as needed
- Receiving and storing deliveries correctly
- Managing rubbish and recycling
- Supporting chefs during busy service periods
What we're looking for:
- Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods
- Reliability and punctuality
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Availability for casual shifts, including evenings and weekends
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
