What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for a commercially minded Sales professional to support high volume sales of carton meat, and help grow demand for our beef products across the North Asia market.
This role is about building relationships, spotting opportunities and working closely with our sales, production and marketing teams to bring high-quality, customer-focused products to market. If you enjoy being close to the product, understanding customer needs and turning ideas into commercial outcomes, this role will suit you.
Your day to day will include:
- Driving growth of Stanbroke’s beef products across retail and foodservice channels in the North Asia region
- Identifying and nurture new customer relationships while ensuring strong ongoing account management for existing partnerships
- Collaborating with the Sales Team to find the right products for the right market
- Supporting customers with product solutions and market-led opportunities
- Contributing to product development, specifications and packaging improvements in collaboration with Production and Marketing
- Managing supply and demand, and ensuring the best outcome for your customer
- Building strong working relationships with distributors, retailers, foodservice customers and industry stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in sales or account management within the meat, food manufacturing or FMCG sector
- Understanding of the North Asia market
- Strong commercial nous and a genuine interest in beef and carton sales
- Confidence building relationships and influencing outcomes with customers and internal teams
- Comfortable working across sales, production and marketing functions
- Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities
- A team-focused approach with a desire to grow and develop
