Your key responsibilities:
Lead and manage ongoing learning and knowledge management deliverables including planning, design, development, delivery, facilitation, assessment and evaluation to ensure effective knowledge transfer and business improvement outcomes.
Proactively foster high-performing team culture by working smartly and independently, behaving in a professional manner in accordance with agreed policies, utilising initiative and maintaining a positive outlook and approach.
Provide advice and recommendations for the development of technical and process solutions within Payroll Transactional Services and more broadly within Corporate Enterprise Solutions to facilitate the continuous improvement of the Queensland Health Payroll and Rostering solution.
Role fit
The essential requirements for this role are:
Demonstrated leadership, management and change management skills to develop and maintain a high performing team.
Expert and in-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server, Data Warehouse and MS Office suite to support the collection, analysis and reporting on large volumes of payroll data.
Proven ability to apply knowledge of advanced Excel and utilisation of VBA to manage data collection quality.
