About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Concrete Labourer to join our growing construction team. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and civil concrete projects throughout Melbourne. The successful candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing sites for concrete pours, including excavation and formwork setup
Assisting with pouring, spreading, levelling, and finishing concrete
Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
Installing reinforcement mesh and steel
Assisting with formwork erection and stripping
Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas
Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in concrete labouring or a similar construction role
White Card (mandatory)
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
