Position title: Senior Educator (Early Learning Centre)
Location: Good Shepherd Lutheran College, Howard Springs campus
Classification: Lutheran School Officer Curriculum Stream – Grade 5
Salary range: $91,466 to $104,250 gross per annum
Position: Full Time – 38 hours per week
Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a co-educational, non-government school from Early Learning Centre (ELC) to Year 12 students with three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs, Palmerston and Leanyer.
We would like to hear from you if you are a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Educator and would like to join our dynamic team at the Howard Springs Campus.
As Senior Educator you will lead the Early Education Room, and work closely with ELC Teachers and Leaders to inspire, support and deliver play-based childhood learning, while fostering children's growth, development and curiosity. As senior educator you would also be required to build positive working relationships with families and the wider community while contributing, mentoring and supporting a positive work environment.
We require you to have:

A Degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognised university, or a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care recognised by ACECQA

A minimum of five years' experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector

Demonstrated leadership experience in curriculum programming, assessment, and the implementation of high-quality educational programs
