Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Migration Agent (MARN required) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing visa applications, providing immigration advice, and staying up-to-date with Australia’s migration laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate migration advice in line with current legislation
- Prepare and lodge visa applications (e.g. student, partner, skilled, employer-sponsored)
- Communicate with clients, the Department of Home Affairs, and other stakeholders
- Maintain detailed and compliant case files and records
- Stay current with immigration law and policy updates
- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct for Migration Agents
What We’re Looking For
- Current MARN registration (Registered Migration Agent)
- Sound understanding of Australian migration law and policy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients
- Proficiency with migration software (e.g. Migration Manager, ImmiAccount)
