Are you an experienced
High-Pressure Operator looking to join a growing team? We are looking for reliable safety focused Operator to support our Carole Park Plant.

You will have a strong understanding of safety systems, including isolation and high-risk work practices
knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment and high-pressure water blasting / hosing.
The Role & About You:
- Safely operate high pressure water equipment for cleaning plant equipment, and work areas during down days and as required
- Perform cleaning, product removal, and clearing of blockages to support maintenance and production efficiency
- Ensure equipment and plant areas are properly prepared for maintenance activities during shutdowns
- Monitor the flow of raw materials and products into machines, adjusting valves and controls to specifications
- Operate concrete mixing, stacking, and splitting machines
- Set up and install molds and other machine fixtures
- Collect and examine samples for conformity to specifications and adjust machine settings accordingly
- Ensure product quality is in accordance with relevant specifications and that process checks are performed
- Maintain high housekeeping standards before, during, and after high pressure cleaning activities
Skills & Experience:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Must have a valid Forklift License
- Ability to safely operate high pressure water equipment
- Demonstrated understanding of workplace safety, particularly in high-risk environments
- Capable of working a rotating shift roster, including downtime/shutdown periods
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure during shutdowns
- Team-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate (data entry, MS Excel)
- Operate a high-pressure water jetting system (Class A High Pressure Water) MSMWJ304 training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working during shutdowns/down days or maintenance activities (desirable)
- Previous experience using high pressure water equipment in an industrial setting (desirable)
- Experience in a quality assurance environment
