The Role
As a key member of the EBOS Healthcare Operations team, you will manage and implement critical projects, including new warehouse builds, site migrations, and major 3PL integrations. You will have the autonomy to drive change and ensure superior operational outcomes across our AU and NZ footprint.
Your ability to coordinate and motivate multi-functional internal teams together with external stakeholders—as well as deliver projects on time, within budget, and scope—will be critical to success.
Note: This role will require some travel from time to time.
What You Will Do:
- Drive Strategic Growth: Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for business acquisitions and site expansions;
- Integrate & Innovate: Manage the onboarding of new clients and suppliers, ensuring seamless technical and operational integration;
- Lead with Influence: Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Maintain Excellence: Ensure all systems and procedures meet rigorous legislative and ISO9001:2015 standards.
Who You Are:
- Operational Specialist: You have a strong background in Warehouse and Site Operations Management, with proven experience leading physical site transformations, warehouse builds, or complex relocations;
- Strategic & Technical: You understand how business functions—from IT to Finance—integrate with physical warehouse workflows and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS);
- Collaborative Leader: You excel at influencing others and gaining support to achieve outcomes in a changing environment, especially when managing cross-functional teams;
- Results-Oriented: You have strong planning and organisational skills with a focus on hitting project deadlines, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring operational continuity.
