About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand Carpenter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading on-site carpentry works, supervising trade staff, work independently and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate carpentry works on site
- Supervise and mentor trade assistants and apprentices
- Liaise with project managers
- Maintain quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Accurately interpret plans and specifications

Skills & Experience Required
- Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent trade qualification) with 10+ years experience
- Demonstrated experience in a leading hand or supervisory capacity
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret building plans
- Current driver's licence
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
Pay: From $40.00 per hour
