We’re on a journey to continually uplift our member experience, and our Member Group Delivery team plays a critical role in delivering strategic initiatives to support our member propositions. As a Senior Change Manager, you will provide expert change leadership to enable successful delivery and embed lasting outcomes across the Fund.
Your New Role
As a Senior Change Manager, you will lead and deliver change management activities across strategic initiatives. You will guide leaders and project teams through complex change, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, effective communications, and successful adoption outcomes.
You’ll work across all levels of the organisation and with external partners, driving alignment to business objectives while reinforcing our culture and values.
Key duties include but are not limited to;
- Develop and execute end-to-end change management strategies and plans
- Conduct change impact assessments across internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver stakeholder engagement and communications strategies to support change adoption
- Identify risks, resistance points and implement mitigation strategies
- Establish and track business readiness and adoption measures
- Partner with capability and knowledge teams to design and deliver learning programs
- Coach senior leaders to effectively fulfil their role as change sponsors
Integrate change management activities into broader project and program plans
