Our endota spa in Norwood is a calm, welcoming space nestled in one of Adelaide’s most loved neighbourhood strips. Just off The Parade, we offer guests a genuine retreat - a place to slow down, switch off and feel looked after.
We deliver the full endota offering: massage, facials, luxurious spa packages and a complete menu of beauty treatments. Within our massage menu, remedial sits at the heart of what we do for guests carrying tension, pain or postural issues that need more than a relaxation massage can solve.
Your Role
This is a hands-on role for a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist who genuinely loves the craft - the assessment, the problem-solving and the satisfaction of helping a guest walk out feeling lighter than when they arrived.
You’ll:
- Deliver remedial massage treatments
- Conduct thorough consultations and postural assessments to understand each guest’s history, pain points and goals
- Build tailored treatment plans, including recommendations for follow-up frequency and at-home care
- Have health fund provider number to provide rebates on the spot via HICAPS where eligible
- Recommend products and treatments that genuinely support your guest’s recovery and wellbeing
- Maintain your treatment room to endota’s high standards - clean, prepped, calm
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a therapist who treats remedial work as a craft, not just a job description.
- Qualified - Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent recognised qualification
- Provider registered - Current membership with a recognised association (Massage & Myotherapy Australia, ATMS or AAMT) and active health fund provider numbers for HICAPS
- Insured and current - current First Aid and CPR
- Clinically curious - You enjoy assessing, problem-solving and refining your technique
- Guest-focused - Warm, attentive and genuinely interested in the people on your table
- Reliable - Punctual, organised and consistent with documentation
- A team player - You support your colleagues and contribute to a calm, professional spa environment
